ONE FOOT AT A TIME
The Wapello County Great Places Committee held the 1st Annual One Foot At A Time Mediathon to raise funds for Ottumwa's Trail System.

The 8 Mile Trail System can be built at a cost of $25 per foot. There are significant grant dollars available, but many require matching funds. Help raise those funds one foot at a time. Over $42,000 was pledged!
