We need your help as we work to improve the quality of life for Centerville and Appanoose County by rebuilding the Ritz Theatre into a regional center for the performing arts. The Appanoose County Coalition for the Arts (ACCA) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3)corporation that is responsible for this project. Thank you for contributing to the Ritz Theatre! - your contributions are greatly appreciated!
According to Linda Howard, Project Director, the Ritz Theatre will not be just another theatre renovation, but will be the "most beautiful of all theatre renovations in the area". And it will be designed to offer programs of interest to all area residents.
If you have considered giving to our campaign and haven't had the opportunity, I am asking that you please consider helping us at this critical time in our renovation plans. We are applying for grants which will require matching funds; we have targeted an opening in 2009 which will follow the opening of the Honey Creek Resort State Park in 2008. We are also establishing legacy funding - if you would like to see your contribution continue to work in our community, please consider leaving an endowment to the ACCA.
